I cherish the fact that I get to build products that solve real customer problems and relish every opportunity to learn something new along the way.
Ten years in the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) industry. Starting out in technical roles, across Support, Consulting and Sales allowed me to develop an understanding of what it means to be a customer and a channel partner.
I then took the opportunity to capitalise on this experience by moving over to Alfresco, a B2B vendor, as a Product Manager to shape our products and help our customer do more with their data.
Building Enterprise software products demands a broad range of skills, which depend on my ability as an effective influencer and driven collaborator, ranging from strategic planning (market research & insights, product roadmap), to tactical activities (sales enablement, go-to-market, and customer events).
